Why create an account? This is a method we chose to implement in order to best serve certain aspects of customer service like transcripting, reporting and student validation.


Continuing Education Students MUST provide your NMLS ID number and make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as it is on record at the NMLS. This will help ensure that your attendance is correctly reported the first time and avoid any unnecessary delays in reporting.

CONFIRMATION: Completing this form will advise Indecomm - Mortgage U of your intent to register for the courses/curriculums indicated. It does not guarantee you access to the course or curriculums until we have received your payment and you have received confirmation.


You should receive your login information to access the courses/curriculums within 2 business days.



A returned check fee of $35 will be assessed without exception.


The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the 3 business days have elapsed the following policies will apply: If a student has paid and is unable to attend a scheduled workshop, they would have the option of transferring their registration to the next regularly scheduled workshop or request a refund. Refunds are made in the same manner as payment (i.e. credit payment-credit refund, check payment-check refund). Requests for partial refunds if the student has attended only a portion of the class will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Registrants who do not phone in their cancellation prior to class will be assessed a fee of 50% of the cost of registration.



If you are registering for any NMLS Approved Continuing Education Courses, by selecting the “I Accept / Register Now” button below, you hereby affirm that the information provided has been submitted only by the individual who will be completing the course. Upon submission of the registration the registered individual certifies he/she is the person who will take the complete course as required by the NMLS. The password and ID number issued by Indecomm - Mortgage U is confidential and must not be shared with any other individual. The password and ID can only be used by the registered student. Any violation of this policy is cause for Indecomm - Mortgage U to withhold NMLS certification, reporting and posting of the credits with NMLS for the courses.
