INDECOMM - MORTGAGE U PAYMENT POLICY
A returned check fee of $35 will be assessed without
exception.
INDECOMM - MORTGAGE U REFUND POLICY
The tuition and fees paid
by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the
school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may
be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and
fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3
business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds
shall be returned within 30 days. Once the 3 business days have elapsed
the following policies will apply: If a student has paid and is unable
to attend a scheduled workshop, they would have the option of
transferring their registration to the next regularly scheduled workshop
or request a refund. Refunds are made in the same manner as payment
(i.e. credit payment-credit refund, check payment-check refund).
Requests for partial refunds if the student has attended only a portion
of the class will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Registrants who
do not phone in their cancellation prior to class will be assessed a fee
of 50% of the cost of registration.
