The new Good Faith Estimate will be required for use beginning January 1, 2010. Whether you are new to the industry or have been around for 30 years, you need this course. The Good Faith Estimate 2010 is completely different from what you have used in the past. At the end of the course you will be given the tools to:

• Know what fees must be included in the Good Faith Estimate 2010.
