This series of instructor led webinars will provide you with the tools necessary to study for the federal examination required as part of the SAFE Act loan originator licensing laws. The targeted agenda will get you straight to the real information you need to know in a concise format. You will receive comprehensive information on federal laws during each of the two days of instruction.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
- Understand fair housing laws applicable to mortgage lending
- Recognize the timing and content of required federal disclosures
- Recognize general mortgage terminology and its use in the lending business and federal laws
- Understand RESPA, TILA, GLBA, HOPA, HOEPA, Flood Insurance and other miscellaneous federal laws covered in the SAFE Act exam
