Con Ed students, please be sure to provide your NMLS ID number and also double check that your name and address are exactly how it appears (or will appear) on record at the NMLS. This is so we can report your attendance correctly the first time and avoid any unnecessary delay in reporting your attendance. CONTINUING EDUCATION STUDENTS READ THIS [click to expand]

If you are registering for any NMLS Approved Continuing Education Courses, by selecting the “I Accept / Register Now” button below, you hereby affirm that the information provided has been submitted only the by individual who will be completing the course. Upon submission of the registration the registered individual certifies he/she is the person who will take the complete course as required by the NMLS. The password and ID number issued by Mortgage U is confidential and is must not be shared with any other individual. The password and ID can only be used by the registered student. Any violation of this policy is cause for Mortgage U to withhold NMLS certification, reporting and posting of the credits with NMLS for the any course. By submitting this registration the student agrees to these terms and conditions.

Please call us at 1-800-278-0200 if you have any questions about this form. Note: Participants MUST call the Mortgage U office (1-800-278-0200) to confirm continuing education credit for states other than MI.

Completing this form will advise Mortgage U of your intent to register for the classes indicated. It does not guarantee you a seat until you have received confirmation and we have received your payment.

Once you have submitted this form, you should receive a Confirmation/Invoice, via email, within 2 business days. ONLINE WEB REGISTRATION DEADLINES ARE TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. You may submit your registration beyond the deadline, however, you must call us at 800-278-0200 to confirm.

Workshops do fill up. If you have registered for a class that is full, we will contact you to be put on a waiting list (we occasionally have cancellations), or you may also choose to be placed in the next scheduled workshop.

MORTGAGE U PAYMENT POLICY [click to expand]

Payment is expected in advance of the workshop, if you are unable to submit payment in advance due to the timing of registration, you must contact Mortgage U, Inc. at 1-800-278-0200 to make other payment arrangements.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance if payment is not received before the start of class.
A returned check fee of $35 will be assessed without exception.

 

MORTGAGE U REFUND POLICY [click to expand]

The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the 3 business days have elapsed the following policies will apply: If a student has paid and is unable to attend a scheduled workshop, they would have the option of transferring their registration to the next regularly scheduled workshop or request a refund. Refunds are made in the same manner as payment (i.e. credit payment-credit refund, check payment-check refund). Requests for partial refunds if the student has attended only a portion of the class will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Registrants who do not phone in their cancellation prior to class will be assessed a fee of 50% of the cost of registration.
