CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR OTHER STATES:
Participants MUST call the Indecomm - Mortgage U office (1-800-278-0200) to confirm continuing education credit for states other than MI.
Completing this form will advise Indecomm - Mortgage U of your intent to register for the classes indicated. It does not guarantee you a seat until you have received confirmation and we have received your payment.
You should receive a Confirmation/Invoice via email within 2 business days.
If you are registering online within 2 days of the starting date and have not received confirmation, please contact us at 1-800-278-0200 to confirm your registration.
If you have registered for a class that is full, we will contact you to be put on a waiting list in the event a seat opens up, or you may also choose to be placed in the next scheduled workshop.

INDECOMM - MORTGAGE U PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is expected in advance of the workshop, if you are unable to submit payment in advance due to the timing of registration, you must contact Indecomm - Mortgage U, Inc. at 1-800-278-0200 to make other payment arrangements.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance if payment is not received before the start of class.
A returned check fee of $35 will be assessed without exception.
INDECOMM - MORTGAGE U REFUND POLICY
The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the 3 business days have elapsed the following policies will apply: If a student has paid and is unable to attend a scheduled workshop, they would have the option of transferring their registration to the next regularly scheduled workshop or request a refund. Refunds are made in the same manner as payment (i.e. credit payment-credit refund, check payment-check refund). Requests for partial refunds if the student has attended only a portion of the class will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Registrants who do not phone in their cancellation prior to class will be assessed a fee of 50% of the cost of registration.
